Shipping & Delivery
Once you complete your order in the Zebit Market, we’ll send you an email confirming your order. Please review promptly and contact Customer Service at (855) 449-3248 or email [email protected] if anything looks wrong.
Zebit does not have its own warehouse and uses a network of suppliers to ship products directly to our customers. Orders for physical product (not eCertificates) are typically shipped within 72 business hours from order placement. A physical product order will typically arrive within 7-10 business days (Mon - Fri) from the time of order placement. When your items ship, we will send you an email with tracking information.
Because Zebit uses several different warehouses, some orders may result in multiple separate shipments. Your order may arrive as several shipments on different days.
Some large items, like furniture and exercise equipment, are shipped via our home delivery service. Our standard home delivery service only includes threshold delivery, which means it will be dropped off at your driveway and/or doorstep. There is no setup or installation included.
The home delivery service will call you to schedule a delivery time. Please ensure the address and phone number is accurately entered at order placement. Incorrect information will result in delayed delivery or order cancellation.
You will have an opportunity to open the packaging and inspect the product itself. If anything is wrong, please contact Customer Service at (855) 449-3248 or email [email protected].
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Special large items, such as TVs and large appliances, ship by our White Glove Delivery Service. This premium home delivery service will call you to schedule a delivery and installation time.
The installation team will bring your order to your room of choice, including up or down one flight of stairs, and install it wherever you want it. If you need to move furniture to allow for the installation, please do it before the delivery service arrives, as the installation team cannot help you move any furniture.
For appliances, new accessories will be assembled and installed, but the installation team will not install and connect it to old or existing accessories (e.g. old hoses).
Once installed, inspect your purchase carefully. Orders cannot be returned once the installation team leaves. Depending on the product, the installation team will test it to ensure it’s working properly.
They will also remove any unneeded packaging materials and dispose of them for you, but please note, they will not haul away or recycle old appliances.
DISHWASHER DELIVERY & INSTALLATION (optional)
Most dishwashers give you the option of requesting professional installation at the time of delivery. This is an additional expense shown on your order at checkout. If selected, your dishwasher will be professionally installed. If installation is not selected, the dishwasher will be delivered only. Professional installation is recommended.
eCertificate orders are processed 7 days a week and typically arrive to your email inbox within 4-8 hours from the time the order is placed when ordered by 5pm (Eastern). Orders placed after 5pm (Eastern) will be emailed the following day around 1pm (Eastern).
